The three time cues to pause are spaced across the day and aligned with natural circadian and daylight rhythms.
Each pause invites a tiny, 30-second break to notice body sensations, feelings, and thoughts,
gently interrupting autopilot to cultivate self-awareness and well-being.

In the final phase, The Pause Trio™️ provides a time-based cue structure and reflection framework for engaging with Dr. SidZ Studio’s signature tool, The Well-Being Experiment Cards®.
Experiments designed for morning, midday, and evening practices use the three daily time cues, while all 156 tiny experiments use a three-part felt learning reflection that guides attention from the body, to the heart, then to the mind—developing the capacity for felt intelligence.

In the second phase, each pause is guided by both a time cue and a simple embodied intention—supporting regulation, reflection, and reconnection through a felt, inside-out process across the day.
This is a daily rhythm grounded in science to give each pause a clear intention aligned with circadian and daylight rhythms.
