Developed from multidisciplinary well-being research and refined through more than three years of real-world use, the Well-Being Experiment Cards® have been used by close to 5,000 students across two universities.
Preliminary research data shows improvements in overall well-being, along with growth in connection, insight, purpose, and curiosity through playful, science-based experimentation.
The findings suggest that bite-sized experiments may offer a practical and engaging way to strengthen well-being skills in everyday life.
